مواد لازم و دستور پخت کیک:
آرد دو‌ لیوان( لیوان دسته دار فرانسوی)
تخم مرغ ۴ عدد
روغن مایع نصف لیوان
آبجوش دو سوم لیوان
پودر کاکائو دو قاشق غذاخوری
وانیل یکم
بیکینگ پودر یک قاشق مربا خوری
طرز تهیه:
زرده و سفیده رو جدا کنید و بعد سفیده رو با نصف کمتر شکر بزنید تا فرم بگیره و بذارید یخچال
زرده رو با باقی شکر و کمی وانیل بزنید تاسفیدرنگ و کشدار بشه
بعد روغن مایع رو اضافه کنید و بعد پودر کاکائو رو با آبجوش مخلوط و به مواد اضافه کنید
بعد آرد و بیکینگ پودر رو به مواد اضافه کنید و آروم هم بزنید
بعد سفیده رو اضافه و به صورت دورانی هم بزنید
من توی فر سولاردوم ال جی دمای ۱۵۰ درجه ۶۵ دقیقه گذاشتم بپزه
