I just hope with erode the terrain doesn't get crazy like it does now. Sometimes there are weird bumps in ruts and almost unrealistic roughness that doesn't happen in real life. I ride the track weekly and yeah the track gets beat up and every moto is different however, it's not like omg that one rut is now filled in and theres bumps everywhere there now and now the outside has all of the ruts. The ruts get deeper as the spinning back tires go through them and braking bumps form and get bigger as more bikes continue to brake over the bumps moving the dirt out of the bottom of the bumps making them even bigger. Just small stuff that I noticed but its amazing that the track at least changes lap after lap. It sure helps get rid of those hot lap fools who can't change their lines up!!

you said something that you thought it was millcreek at a glance and I don't know if you know this but they're both from the same state which is Alabama! Millcreek is in Pell City and Monster is at Tallassee. I've ridden and raced both many times both are awesome tracks in real life. Great Video

Hey Kellen. Just a quick question. Glad to see that terrain deformation will be a thing for next season! What I was wondering, is if the same thing will apply to the face of jumps eventually?? And now, if something like this could be applied to the MXGP games. That, and better engine sounds.

Erode can be in the jump faces. You add different "tiles" on the track with different erode on them. Some of the newer tracks has a more conservative erode in the jump faces to not create weird bumps in them. If we wait and let the creators figure out erode, I bet there will be ruts etc in the faces too.

Physics are the same, only thing is that there are custom tracks can have custom tractions etc, so it will feel different since you can ride sant tracks etc.

JLV oughta put a mode in where you can just get back onto the bike instantly after a crash. It would make for better practice for everyone that is new to the game. Ive played it for about two years and crashing still makes me mad. lol

It's almost like actually riding. Lol. You have to learn and adapt to an ever changing track. Some laps the lines are perfect and some laps there are 2 foot deep braking bumps going into a corner. Corners change. Lines change. With your comment about the breaking bumps going into corners, people will move out of the rough lines and find smoother ones until everything is trashed and it's just survival. What I'm curious about, you said the track creators can change how the erode works, could you go into some explanation on that with building tracks?

Make sure you to the, "-- erode #" Make sure there is a space between the e and the number. I always forget to do it. lol.
