I don't see why anyone would do this stupid technique!! I've been on reflex ever since 2009 when it came out and I'm able to make every single one of the rythyms even faster than the whipglitch can do it. Why can't everyone just play the game the way it was meant to. All I'm saying is, this technique, yea it helps if you're about to case and you do it, but it gives you more airtime(which means you are being caught by the guy behind you that's scrubbing everything)t, but I can make almost any sections that the "fast guys" (whipglitchers) can. No bragging intended:)

you knwo the push forwards come beacause your wheel is spinnging and it's stop spinning and gets pushed forward if you give gas before you land you land nicer on the backwheel

Then use the brake to stabilize the whip also once in the air you can use the left stick with the brake to scrub your pitch and yaw.

I know right same here.The only way these people clear big jumps is with the whip glitch.Have you cleared the triple on Kingston Round 2?It's the first ramp and it's crazy

I don't have the game anymore so I can't create a tutorial, but if you watch my video of my supercross run, you can see in the slomo sections how the bike performs an abrupt turn right before the tip of the jump. That's the technique you want.

What your explaining is actually not glitch. They intentionally added a way to whip the bike just like the real guys do it. It's been a long time since I played the game, but if I remember correctly, right as you reach the apex of a jump, throw the right sick to the left or right depending on which way you want to whip and the immediately snap it back in the opposite direction as quickly as possible. Timing is crucial.

In Alive, backflips get you the longest jumps, even more than the glitch, still great tutorial!!

I stopped playing MX vs ATV Reflex when everybody else started doing it After the PS3 update, I went back and see if people online were still doing it... they were, so I stopped and never came back Glitches like these are cheats and people shouldn't do it, specially in online racing or when trying to make a fast lap. It's a cheat, it's like some people started putting special fuels in their tanks in real life

rookie taught me how to do this ages ago and i can do it confidently now but im so looking forward to it being gone in alive cos tbh it ruins the game, yes it helps me make huge sections but u almost feel like your cheating, hopefully alive is gonna be slowed down and more relistic, cant wait.
