Yes the pedal was specifically designed to sound like The Edge guitar rhythm from the Joshua Tree, interesting enough the people who made it got in contact with him and his team to design it as close as possible. :)

It has. You can either use an external tap (which if held becomes a freeze function) or you can have the pedal in an always on mode in which the footswitch becomes the tap pedal.
