If you are talking about MXR. I dont think of him as a serious skyrim guy anymore, not because he IS never meant to be taken seriously, but rather because his channel seems to go in the dying direction nowadays, nothing he uploads gets recommended to me anymore at all. Gotta be honest he is more of entertainment and other stuff.

Mxr's content tends to get buried in the algorithm due to the nature of some of his videos. I'm a fan of both mxr and sgt because they are somewhat different.

Ive been trying to shake him off my tail ever since but he just keeps coming back saying "wow! You're the grand champion! Can i carry your weapon? Shine your boots? Honestly, because of what has happened to MxR's channel, it seems a lot less lively than it used to be, and I feel pretty bad about it having all of its revenue taken away even if there are adult videos.

I think MXR started doing the Lover's Lab stuff as a way to flip a middle finger at KZbin for demonetizing his stuff that was risque, but perfectly within bounds. Of course, part of the problem is KZbin changes what the rules are when they feel like it. And it probably didn't help that we wound up with Fallout 76 instead of a proper Bethesda RPG two years ago, thus no fresh mod material.

I wouldn't worry about the haters. MxR also gets his fair share of haters, or at least people within the Skyrim community that criticizes his "slooty" content or how much he focuses on the entertainment factor, instead of getting to the point of the video. To be honest, I appreciate how he makes his videos because it adds personality to him and his content. Its also kind of why I sticked around for your videos, because they have personality to it. I've only subbed to you recently a few weeks back, and I'm already invested. I always look forward to your future Skyrim videos. (Yes, I have the notification bell on lol) I've been watching MxR's content for YEARS, and I'll admit that your style of editing is similar, but I wouldn't call you a copycat or anything like that. Keep up the great work. I love most of the Skyrim modding channels I've come across (Gopher, Gamer Poets, ESO, Fudgemuppet, Epic Nate, MxR, Ikari...) and I don't consider any of them to be particularly derivative of each other. They all have something to offer and I'm always discovering new mods on one channel that might not have been covered on another. Congrats on the 10K!

You honestly should have way more subscribers. You don’t have an annoying voice (it’s actually kinda cool), you display mods really well, and you have good taste in mods, it’s similar to mine lol. I’m surprised you’re at 19k and a lot of people at that level don’t make this good of content.

Honestly, this was a great mix of class and snark, good response to the haters. I don't know why it has to be either "you're trying to be MxR" or "ew MxR has too many adult mods." There is room for lots of mod reviewers! The beauty of Skyrim mods is they turn the game into whatever we want it to be. Whether that's a pure, heroic Dragonborn, or an assassin, or a prostitute... More mods on the Nexus is a good thing, so more reviewers is as well. (Now as to my load order... that's another story.) Hell, if I knew how to edit video I'd join the fray. I hope you keep up what you're doing, this channel has become one of my favs!

I found your channel after watching enough videos by Sinitar and MxR. You've got great content, and idk how to put this but you sound easy to relate to. The way you present the mods; as you say you want to do the mod authors justice, and you definitely convey that through the editing, voice-over etc! I unknowingly beat the main quest of morrowind on xbox as an infamous stealth archer, you're not missing out on much lol. But picking up boots that allowed my character to ghost walk really fast in the air, chameleon gears, and being able to conjure daedra and skeleton minions with magic rings opened up quite a few hijinks.

I think using the character is just fine, my only one small critique is that sometimes I feel like you cut to her too often when we could see more of the mod. It's not a big deal though, I just go back and pause on any details I want to have a better look at. Ultimately it's just really great to see new channels showcasing all the great mods that are still coming out after all this time!

While I do see and hear the similarities, I like your video style better than MxR's. My favourite Skyrim modding channels are Brodual's and Gopher's but yours is still really enjoyable, and it has been a pleasure binge watching your content so far. Well done.

Haters will be haters Sarge. You know I subbed to you because you love what you're doing and still do skyrim modding reviews even it's already 2020 knowing some of those we're already featured. Just the time, dedication and effort you put is respectable that's why I always find time to watch your vids man and so are they who believes in what you do. I don't even compare you two because you are both different person with the same taste in game, for me you don't imitate anyone on youtube and still original.

I gotta ask, what's your setup? I see you running a ton off high graphical mods with seamlessly no lag. I have a AMD Radeon 5700 XT and still get stutters in cities and sometimes out in the wilderness. Side note, your channel is awesome and I subscribed. Looking to see more from you in the future.

@@Wowa9305 I have an i7700k 4.2 Ghz Processor. I'm getting the DEEP COOL Assassin III CPU Cooler for it so maybe that'll help, not sure though.
