I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite parts are the 2-sided fireplace, floating shelves throughout, and the built-ins throughout.❤❤❤❤❤

Love the double sided fireplace and the half circle couch is great for enjoying the fireplace inside - but too close for a TV mounted that high - thinking I’d have a sore neck after watching a movie and looking up at it the whole time (but I probably watch too much TV anyway lol).

There are Christmas decorations up, so I thought it was recent? Unless it’s a repeat from Christmas time last year? Maybe his wife has had the baby so he’s taking a break? Not sure, but I don’t think I’ve seen this one before? Also, so many of these houses have the same lay out and are decorated in similar colours so they all start to look kind of the same 🤷‍♀️😃🤔

Other than what seems like 10 tables, I really like this house. A bit of a unique layout, like the stairs and the openings on both sides. Double-sided fireplace is nice as is the deck. That master shower is perfect.

OMG why do builders mount the TV's SO high above the fireplace??? It's break-neck if you are sitting in that half round sofa. In this case, it isn't facing the kitchen so there shouldn't be anyone standing to watch.

There are too many dining tables. To me, that's wasted space . I would think that these houses would have a tank less hot water heater. There are too many doorways in the master and I don't like the tub enclosure with the shower.

This house is nice but it’s entirely too big! I would hate to have to clean that and walk up and down the stairs every single day to go to my master bedroom…. 😅…. Of course if you could afford a house that size, you could afford to pay a cleaner… but that still doesn’t change the fact that you would have to climb those stairs every day….
