Every one of those pieces is fabulous. I buy cashmere always when they are on sale, also at big box stores. Sometimes I buy men's small and put them in a mesh bag, wash them in HOT water and then dry them still in the bag for about 25 minutes and then hang them to dry the rest of the way. What this does is not only shrink them but makes the "loft" of the knit thicker and softer. I'm 5'4" with short arms so this helps with the length of the sleeves as well. I've done this for years and it never fails me. Great video, Emma. Another one!!

Love all these staples! After following your KZbin/insta for about a year and a half or two, now I look at my wardrobe...it’s all been emma-fied!!! It’s all T-shirts, basic sweaters, blazers, and jeans! Saves me so much time and effort to pick outfits everyday! (Very important for a constantly sleep deprived college student!) Yes I wash everything in the washing machine. But it really depends on the fabric. Most of my jeans go in a normal wash as and when required. My knitwear varies depending on the fabric, but most will be a delicate cycle with special detergent 👍🏼

I pop mine in a guppyfriend bag and then on a delicate cycle in the washing machine with a special detergent. Then I reshape it and lay it flat to dry 👍🏼
