It’s about time I updated you guys with a skin care video so here is my every day morning routine! These products have been so great to my face!! YES i do use all 10 of these products every morning, some days I’ll even do more (a mask ,facial steamer , a peel) xo

Your skin looks beautiful. I am a 55 year old black woman who is your exact color and skin type. I have alway taken excellent care of my skin and as a result at my age my dermatologist ( who does nothing more than prescribes my retinol- no procedures ever) describes my skin as flawless. Makeup is wonderful, but skincare is,particularly SPF and good health care is priceless.

I advise anyone who is using or wanting to use retinol products to watch Caroline Hirons recent video on the use of retinol. There are certain areas of the face that you shouldn't be applying it to, it has to do with ingredients, strengths, she goes into detail. For example, you shouldn't be applying it to the neck area or around your nostrils or mouth. Just watch the video, your skin will thank you!

I love that Nivea Lotion, I also add vitamin E oil in it because my body is dryer than my skin, and since I started adding it, my body, feels amazing, thanks for the recommendations!

you shouldn’t use retinol in the day and at the same time as vitamin C since they are both strong ingredients and together can make skin really really sensitive. use retinol at night and vitamin C and SPF in the morning and you should be good 😊

athena nikas i didn’t say it wasn’t good. if you read the comment again, you can see that i said that it’s totally okay to use vitamin C during the day and that the thing is that you shouldn’t use retinol & vitamin C at the same time, and that the retinol should only be used at nighttime

Lately, I've seen several videos of people using retinols as day serums. I'm curious if the benefits outweigh the risks... and mixing a vitamin C serum with a retinol during the day sounds like torture, ouch..

the IS clinical active serum on its own is plenty! to pair it with vitamin c and retinol is a disaster! if looking to layer serums add a hyaluronic acid to it but not so many active serums and retinol!! YIKES!

Hey girl just a pro tip put your eye cream on before your day cream/moisturiser the skin around your eye is 4x thinner so I can’t absorb the heavy creams so eye creams protect from heavy creams. Love you girl xox
