Tips! 1.For a few days or even A WEEK it will feel like you can’t talk or eat but cold water or cold drinks help a lot 2. You can eat soft foods like ramen. 3.If your braces cut your lips or gums put some wax on them like a big glob. 4.after a week or so you’ll forget their even there! Hope that helps
