Arey itana time nahi lagta yaar. Jyada se jyada 20 se 25 min sabzi jyada se jyada 10 kin katane me lagega. 4-5 min bhunana hota hai kyuki vo dal chaval ke sath pakega hi . aur dal chaval dhoke daldo 10-15 min me ban jayegi .

Pyaz har chiz me daalna jaruri nhi hota isse gas ki problem bhi rehti h. Sabse jyda jinki age 50+ h un logo ko problem hoti h uski wajah se body me pain bhi rehta h. Bina pyaz lesun ke bhi khana bahut aacha lagta h or healthy bhi hota h. Koi hate nhi h ye sabhi ke ghar me hota h ❤❤
