This video consists of highlights from every single year that I've been on my skateboarding journey of learning and progression! I have been skating for 18 years, from 2003 up until now (2021), and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon! I hope you enjoy watching the progress I've made every year as I learned new tricks and skated new spots!
All of the music in this video was performed by Bloom Waves!

@@JasonParkSucks I had a pink long sleeve T-shirt back in 1989/90 just like yours here at 11:59 and it was one of my favourite things at that time, love it! 😃.....in fact the music and shirt took me back to 1990 with similar sounding bands around that time too 😊❤

@@larryjimbob dude! I had the same pink tie-dye long sleeve T around that time! I think it was a billabong. Also got my first hand me down skateboard back then, an oldschool powell...good times 👌🏻

in 2006 everything all of a sudden escalated.:P never felt so sad and happy at the same time, nostalgia fo shur is a dangerous drug.:P but dude, I don't even want to think about how long it took to edit all of this. but thanks for making this masterpiece of a video.👌 there are seriously way too many mind-blowing tricks I don't even want to comment on one. yep, definitely not the last time I've watched this.:) so, conclusion: 18 years,... that's twice as long as your subscribers age.(don't kill me It's a pewdiepie reference.:P)

Thank you so much! Yeah I agree about nostalgia, definitely felt a lot of different things putting this one together. And yes, it was hectic to make haha - editing aside, I even had to make trips to my parents’ house and search through dozens of old unlabeled CDs for all of the old footage! But reading comments like yours, it’s all worth it - so glad you enjoyed it! ❤️

There is no progression, you were extremely and insanely creative and talented since the beginning. I'm sure you were not kicking in your mom's belly, you were flicking then practising balance on the cord. Watching you skate is always mind blowing.

damn bro, this was like watching a paintbrush tell a story. One of the most impressive, if not THE most impressive progression documentary I've ever witnessed. Seriously felt so nostalgic and pure with the music you chose to go along with it. This video made me happy and sad... it reminded me of skating with the homies when we all first started and who's not around anymore and who still is.... Just an overall amazing video man, thank you for sharing this gem.

Here I am, it's 1.36 am, I nearly cried. I just had a full year of free time, slightly over a year ago I picked up my first board and entered a new world. I learned a lot this past year and I'm grateful, but it hurts insanely much that I know I could've done so much more if I had just had more motivation. When I didn't feel like skating alone, I should've, because the feeling of landing a new trick is better than anything. It's fighting and winning. And the longer the fight the bigger the victory. I know I've got the mind to try the same trick for hours and hours and if I want to I can get it. But the past year fear (of snapping my deck when doing stairs, or just learning anything new) has held me back more then I should've let it. I'm proud of what I've achieved, but sad to know I could've achieved so much more and soon I'll have much less time and energy to fight for tricks until I get them right. Thank you for this video because it made me realise all this, and makes me want to pick up my board at any opportunity. Right now weather's real shit in the Netherlands but when it's better I'll invest more time in skateboarding, and try to make this summer really count. Thank you for being an inspiration to me and probably many others❤️

It's so cool seeing so many of these skate spots in Hawaii that we've been seeing in many of your recent videos. I guess these spots really did play their part in you being who you are & how unique you skate. love seeing the nose manny's kickflip outs at Kaneohe skatepark (had to look up the name) just as we have recently...& the myriad of blunt variations everywhere throughout the years. Nostalgia is a beautiful thing...Love it! It seems 2011 & 12 Jason was just something else. ...& from the very off...you knew how to take those slams!
