Bailey I want to thank you for your videos. I am a mom of 5 and have been watching your videos for about a month. I opened a shop and have dl programs through your videos. My shop being brand new, gets very few views, I ad product almost everyday. So following you I wonder if you could make a realistic cost to sell video because even if your product is only 3.00, it costs everyday to have listings, programs and storage. Anyway I am building and so hopeful and having fun doing it as well. Thank you for all your work to let others know!

You're welcome and glad you found the channel. In the design digital downloads category on Etsy, it generally takes a very high amount of designs/listings until you start seeing consistent traffic/sales, unless you have extensive design experience and are running ads. If not, low views could indicate an issue with your SEO, which is where I would look first. :)

I have purchased some of your designs on Etsy and I love them. I also have an Etsy digital store, and was wondering if it is better to have multiple categories instead of just one. Mine include wind spinners, tumbler designs, and glass cutting board designs. Any suggestions?

@pjohn73 oh nice, glad you like them! I prefer to organize by style/season/holiday regardless of product type...just easier for the buyer to search that way:)

Have you had problems with anyone reselling your png as their own? Is there a way to prevent it from happening? Do your buyers get to use the design more than once?

Yes, I have 100s of times. But it comes with the territory of Etsy. Most of those sellers eventually get removed from the platform though. Yes, it comes with commercial license.

these videos ARE the course. what I do is I get started then every time I run into a problem I find a solution on youtube. if I cant find something very specific then I reach out to one of the experts and either they help me as is or I offer to pay for their time as like a hourly based call or something.

I spend hours sometimes designing and creating ONE listing. Deciding on the design, creating mock ups, keyword research, title, tags, description, etc. Is there a way to create bulk designs?

I’m kind of feeling that way too. I just opened my store a couple of weeks ago and I have made one sale which isnt bad but after watching one of Bailey’s videos yesterday, I am seriously considering joining her community before the price goes up. I have just spent so much already on setting up my Etsy shop but thankfully I can write it off when I do my taxes.
