Congratulations Marie! Tips from someone who has been here along time. Go into your first job and have an open mind and attitude. Learn as much as you can,the great thing about this country is there is ALOT of opportunities. Learn as much as you can and i promise you,things will just keep getting better for you professionally. Also IT is very big and always marketable. And btw Healthcare doesn't have to be hands on patient care. Theres alot you can do in Healthcare without dealing with patients. Networking with people in your area will help you grow and also find your way around. All the best!

Thank you for sharing and I agree with you there are so many opportunities here. I would really be interested to find the things you can do in healthcare that don’t involve me dealing with the patients or having to see patient in pain or the uncomfortable situations. Because the truth is there is so much money in healthcare and I think that’s why most people alwys want to settle there. I have seen the few times my husband has gone to the hospital for just a small virus with insurance he ends up paying $300 I went to ER once and my bill came to $5000 insurance paid down and I had to pay $1200. If you can share with me here so that others can see it will be much appreciated
