I don’t support the counterfeiting I do not collect or sell them however at the end of the day it’s not the consumer that’s stealing the sculpts and reproducing them. It’s the manufacturer. I wish these artists and business would go after the ones who are actually stealing the artwork. Also at the end of the day everyone has the right to spend their money on what they want. It’s not my place how to tell others how to spend their money. I think they are taking things overboard. And it’s having the opposite effect they want. More and more are rebelling and turning to fakes for many reasons from what I can see. They go for what they can afford. Also I think collectors are staying away and taking their money elsewhere where because they are tired of the infighting and bullying. It’s unprofessional. Again I understand the issue and I agree it sucks that what they call counterfeits to be supported. And I don’t spend my money on counterfeits but I don’t judge or bully people based on how they choose to spend their money. And I won’t be checking every profile of every collector like I’m the reborn police to find out who owns them or knows someone who does. At this point I don’t think I know anyone who hasn’t purchased at least one from Walmart or Amazon etc. the only way to stop it is to go to the source.
