Use auto build, basically go to keybinds scroll till u see place building for the 2nd option use backspace and put like a remote on it so it basically means u just tap ur build binds and it place em for u

It's definitely possible. Sure you may have some input delay but you're still building muscle memory on keyboard and mouse.
