thank you for your video i am coming off from the marlin 6 already put 1k miles on it great bike, next full sus i was looking at trek fuel ex 5 but when i looked at the marin hawk hill 1 i fell in love with the price, I also weight about 140lbs 5'9 tall you think the hawkhill 1 STOCK can take same abuse you are putting your current hawk? thanks greetings from dallas texas
@MarkMatthewsMTB4 жыл бұрын
Hey, the hawk hill 1 is the exact same frame so it could take the abuse! The spec isn’t as nice as the 3 or my custom build so it won’t be as light or high performing, but it should be just as strong!

I really like the design of your bike but the Hawk Hill's on the website are different, the top tube and the top chainstays are not aligned as your's is, the seatpost area is more elevated. Would that be because your bike is an S? Just wondering.

It's the exact same frame, just the components are different. Unless you are looking at a 2018 model or older.
