I think the A6 stalogy 365 is my Goldilocks size. I’ve never been able to stick with a planner/journal system for so long but it’s super functional. I love the cover you’ve got for yours!

I know right, a6 is such a good size! I’m really excited to use it in 2023 :)

i recently switched to an a6 after 3 years of struggling with an a5, good luck with your setup!

Thank you! I feel pretty confident going into this notebook after trialing it for the last couple months so it's nice to have a fresh new book!

just found your channel because i've been wanting a stalogy for years, but been using the hobonichi for the past 4 years. i'm ready to make the switch and i think stalogy is definitely going to be my 2023 planner! i'm a little nervous to go back into full bujo after years of having my calendars made for me already in the hobonichi, but i think it helps me focus more to do it that way. now my last decision to make is deciding on a6 or b6 :) thank you for the lovely and helpful video, i will now go binge the rest of your videos!

This is beautiful! And your handwriting is stunning!😍 I just did my 2023 bullet journal set up on my channel too! Setting up my bullet journal is definitely one of my favorite parts of coming to the end of the year.😅❤ keep up your great work!🎉

Thanks for another fun & functional set up video! I definitely credit you with introducing me to the Alistair method… it certainly upped my bullet journaling game!! I’m curious about your Superior labour cover… I’m considering one in brown - would you recommend it?
@KaitlinGrey2 жыл бұрын
Glad you enjoyed the video :) I would highly recommend this superior labor cover, the quality is great and I really love that it’s not too thick, but also not too thin and floppy, perfect size and fit for a stalogy. I’ve seen the brown in person and found that leather is a touch more smooth, but it also doesn’t scratch easily :D

Thanks so much! My heart was set on the natural leather but sadly I missed the boat… the brown is a close second - I appreciate your perspective! Happy Holidays!

You dont have to go number all your pages in advance! Why dont you just number the pages as you write on them, thats what i do in my nanami cafe note, super simple, from the front i start with 1 and from the back (cuz thats where i put my collections) i just start with however many pages the notebook is advertised to have (for the nanami cafe note its 384), it literally takes all of a secoond to do when you start a new page. Sometimes, i end up ripping pages out and the page numbers from the front dont align perfectly when they meet the ones from the back when i finish the notebook, but its really no biggie, it just jumps from 350 to 365 (i use one book for the entire year) its never caused me to have difficulty finding them later at all. ❤️ love your set-up!

Hey, Kaitlin! Can you explain your key? :)
@KaitlinGrey2 жыл бұрын
Hey, sure thing! So my key is based off the one from the Bullet Journal Method, with a few additions. From top to bottom the key items I wrote down in this journal are: a dot (task), a circle (event), a dash (a note), a forward arrow (for when I move a task or event), a star (priority), and a heart (birthday). That's a pretty high level overview, for more details on how I use my key I'd check out the bullet journal website for now, I may make a video on this in the future!
