Good stuff. Thanks! After you do the jet kit and snorkel drop, I would highly recommend trying 16/39 gearing. It transforms the bike and makes it FAR more useful and enjoyable, especially for the street. $50 in sprockets, and you are good to go! Just put the stock sprockets in your OEM box lol!Al EDIT: Also, a great safety feature for your tail tidy is the tail light flasher. For less than $20, you can ride safe knowing your rear tail light is grabbing motorist eyeballs every time you brake. Even if you decide to keep the rear lantern in tact, I would recommend one regardless. Cheers!

Nice. My buddy just bought a 2023 SM. Do cams, exhaust, FCR. Mine is 43HP in dyno. 54,000 miles and about to head out on a 2000 mile remote ride....he is coming too, but is picking up a set of dirt wheels for the ride.

You mentioned $3/400 seat. I bought a Seat concepts seat. The stock seat killed my arse after 40 miles. The Seat concepts seat kills my arse after 70 miles. Money well spent????🤔

@@squigmcguigan8965 Hey, I was just pointing out that for 20 bucks you can vastly improve the stock seat. But some may not like that approach for aesthetic reasons or other reasons. I personally like to stay as stock as possible. I'd have no problems buying the seat concepts if this solution wasn't working for me.

​@@squigmcguigan8965oh I see. Sorry I misinterpreted. Stock seat is uncomfortable no doubt. When I was trying to decide what to do I read at forum Post in which someone said what you're saying the seat comfort was an improvement but not a solution. They then went on to point out let the cover solve the problem for them. I already had two or three extra of these, and I love it. The ride feels plush, and I don't think I've ever experienced discomfort. For 20 or 30 bucks is certainly worth a try.

@@Mikesheed4661 you need to drill two small holes in the bottom of the case to attach it to the drz. I believe I was able to use the OEM screws that secured the soft case.
