Hey Amber! Love your planner choices. I’ve been using the wellness layout for a couple years now and what I do is break the top box into three where I jot down my sleep hours, water intake, and steps. The next section is for any symptoms. The next section down is where is write down any supplements vitamins or meds I took that day. And the last section is for journaling about my wellness. I usually add some stickers here and there after I’ve written in it. Hope that makes sense!

Hey Amber, I'm using a mini happy planner... 2023 is the first year I will be using a Frankenplanner. I've included the Vertical (just peachy) for my catch-all, Gratitude (seek joy) for my Gratitude planner, Horizontal (modern wild) for Journaling & Dashboard (Cosmic watercolor) for Books, TV shows & movies. I'm also using a classic size, but that one will stay at home.

Love your ideas! For the wellness planner I usually decorate in the nourish/food log section because it's hard to calorie count and while I do calorie count a couple of weeks a year just to see where I'm at- I don't do it every week!

Don't worry about counting calories. Focus on reducing sugar. Using natural sugars not artificial that don't cause blood sugar spikes like monk fruit sugar. Sugar alcohols. Use chick pea pasta or whole grain pasta and bread. Maybe smaller portions. Trimmer Healthy Mama is a Christian healthy eating system, not sure the right word, that #1 goal is to reduce or eliminate sugar. Emeals is a paid meal planner with recipes they have 15 different plans you can chose from. And you can change your plan weekly. They also have an affiliate program you can join if you are interested. It's at the very bottom of the main page on the website.

I’m not sure how the Skinny Classic is a Fitness/Wellness planner. It looks like a regular horizontal Skinny Classic.

Yes, that is true, it seems they just put the designs of the fitness planner into the skinny classic. But I think that it doesn’t have a ton of prompts I feel like I can just make it work for me. But we’ll see!
