Love how you are writing down a daily challenge and win! What a great idea! And, love your planners - your handwriting is beautiful. 😊

I’m one of those people that document what I eat, but primarily because I am on an elimination diet for an autoimmune disease. It’s really important for me to track what I eat and if I have any signs of a flare up so I clearly understand what I can/can’t eat with ease. Love the video.

I used color coded dot markers on my monthly pages to track Peloton workouts, walks, hikes, Pilates, sauna sessions, and meditation. At the end of each month, I total each at the bottom of my monthly page.

I love your work planner! The transparent disc and leather cover combo is beautiful 😍 I'm using my hobo weeks for work this year but maybe make one like yours for next year!

Peter Drucker has a saying, "You can't manage what you don't measure." I think it's a business quote, but it works for other things, as well! For my health planner, I use a separate little monthly calendar in my EDC as a summary/overview so I can look for patterns: *Weather (Shifts in barometric pressure which play a big part with how I'm feeling--which I realized because I tracked it!) *Colour-coded symptoms *Stop/Start dates for meds, supplements, activities, foods, etc. * Anything particularly stressful that day or unusual/out of the ordinary events *Health-related appointments Also in my EDC, in my A6 Stalogy, I bullet journal basics of my day including sleep, food, activity level, but it's nothing too involved & takes a couple minutes at the end of the day. So if I need specifics for that day, I can reference it, but for an overall summary, I can look at the month.

I bought a regular Weeks for 2022 then decided I wanted a mega for my main planner. With the extra Weeks to use, I decided it would be my health journal. I divide the left side of the weekly pages into 3 to record my breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the right I have a tracker for a reminder to take supplements, exercise, any food goals for the week (like eat 5 eggs, make 3 smoothies, etc.), and whatever else I want to focus on for that particular week. I also use it to make any notes about how I feel physically, nights I have trouble sleeping, lunch dates, etc. If I need in-depth notes I use the notes pages in the back. In September I saw someone do a video on her Weeks health journal. I cannot remember who it was, but she inspired me to use the monthly calendar to track my sleep (actual hours slept like 8:30 - 4:30 as well as the total amount, 8), weight, water intake and steps for each day in that space. It works perfect! I had been using the right side of the weekly pages, but I like the monthly overview so much better!

Hello! Where do you get your round post-it?

Office Depot! They're actually cling notes, so they don't leave a sticky residue on your paper :)
