The Caldigit TS4 LED brightness was just right for me. Not too bright and yet still visible in a brightly lit room. The best thing I liked about the TS4 was that it came with a beefy power supply and charging the Macbook Pro M1 Max was a breeze. My coworker who got a different dock suffered from slow drain issue because his dock would throttle charging wattage and when he's ready to move on location, his M1 Max only had 25% of juice. He returned that dock and got a TS4 like mine. Bravo to Caldigit! Loved my Dyson V15!

You've absolutely got the best setup! I copied your setup last year with a few improvements, of course I used your code on Balolo. Improvments I made was the G560 speakers, a bigger desk mat, a MacBook stand, the iVANKY FusionDock, Philips light behind the monitor, and a 34-inch curved monitor. Thank you for the information about the Stream Deck for lamps; I was just about to buy a smart button, but I'll get the Stream Deck instead. Did not know about the new release of the bigger tray.

Just looked at the Balolo cockpit/desk stand. It's $499 Australian before adding attachments, then roughly $100 per each attachment. Wild. I loved the look of it and the versatility but that price point is absolutely not it.

it's just a 2 or 3mm spacer, normally used for furniture, the dock and the audio interface didn't fit at first so I placed one in every corner to make the tray extra tall.

You have to admit though Balolo is an incredible rip off. You could buy these materials yourself and build this setup at a fraction of the cost. The only thing I truly like is their speaker stands and even they are an incredible ripoff. I’m trying to find someone who does something similar or just build my own.

You could definitely build a DIY desk shelf on your own for a fraction of the price, and I encourage you to do so! 🙌 You may not realize the hard work that goes into producing these accessories; there are highly skilled people behind them who care about quality. You can truly appreciate this when you get your hands on Balolo's products.

You can try the LG Oled C4 42 Inch 120 hertz. I know it’s a TV but the display when connected to your mac is better than the studio display for Mac. I switched my pro display XDR to a LG OLED TV and I noticed a better display from the TV compared to a monitor. I just mounted it to a heavy duty monitor stand instead of a wall and it looks great and you can also plug your PS5 to that TV. Your videos really helped me with the design of my workspace setup 😁👍
