I love the SC workflow, great video. Where can I find the modelling of this? And also do you have a tutorial of doing this UV mapping in 3DS Max?

I just use an addon for straightening my UV's. The one I use in 4.2 is Magic UV, I believe.

I also hate uv unwrapping but it is a necessary task if you want t that AAA quality. Excellent work showing how to use Follow Active Quads btw.

Trim sheets yeah, used everywhere in AAA productions, you do need to care to keep a somewhat consistent texel density using these techniques though...
