I have the same desk setup. Not the tech but the cable management. I have my all my items connected to the desk and have a longgggggg ass wire leaving the desk and touching the outlet. My pc mounted to an under desk carrier.

I like balolo shelf’s mounting options but with 2 setup trays making it like grovemade, it is the same price as grovemade solid wood price. Where balolo looks like a plywood

I can’t say much about Grovemade because I never tries it but Balolo’s is a solid wood piece very far from being plywood. And thr mounting options are just magic bro. I cant recommend it enough. Until proven different

Your setup it's absolutely stunning!, I am currently building mine and had similar thing. I bought the same exact monitor that you have, but I mounted on Ergotron LX and that monitor arm not support the weight of the monitor, it tilt down no matter how much I tighten it. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to tell me how well the ViVo monitor arm holds up the tilt position?. I would greatly appreciate your response. Thank you in advance

Hey Frandy, yeah the arm was one thing i made sure it could the monitor plus a lighter bar on it; and since day 1 i had 0 issues with my vivo arm. It can definitely handle the weigh💪

I have a question about connecting the Mac book to the monitor does the monitor have a usbc that you directly connect or does it go through a dock ?

So yes and yes. The Monitor has a usbc port that if you have a fast cable you van connect it straight to your macbook. But if you have things like a camera, speakers and such, you will want to make it go through a dock so that you only have one cable going to your MacBook. Hope that makes sense

Its not a dock Mat, its a mini Pc and yeah the monitor is good enough for gaming specifically for the price; unless you need to do anything related to color accuracy tho
