They are literally my second brain. These are all things I wish someone would have told me when I started my chronic illness journey. I just want anyone who's going through what I'm going through to know they're not alone and they can do this. We have to support each other!

Like everyone has a junk drawer, I have a small 2 1/2 x 3ish spiral bound, super cheap notebook that is my end table catch all. I write down missed messages, items I need to remember to order from Amazon, website addresses, discount codes, random quotes I happen to hear, etc. It sits in the same place by my side so I don't lose it. If it's a reminder for an appointment I forgot I had, I used to transfer that information to my little calender. Now that I am going to venture into the world of planning, I will have to not only remember to write it down in my planner, but actually remember to read my planner every day! Changing a habit I have had forever is going to be a challenge for this old woman, but I'm throwing caution to the wind, and I will give this planner thing a try!

Young lady. I'm 76 and I have suffered from severe depression and anxiety since my teens and possibly even younger. It was a shameful thing to talk about all those decades ago, so I didn't start receiving professional and medical help until I was in my late 40s. There is lots of help and hope for us these days. It took me years before I realized that I needed to stop dwelling on myself and start focusing on things I enjoyed. It's not easily done, and it isn't an instant fix. It sounds as though you have a great support system, and dogs! Oh how I miss having a pet. Bless you, dear one.

Omg I do the same with screenshots and any note I make in my phone. As soon as I take the picture or make the note, I never think about the thing again lol. I’m definitely going to do the notebook for them like you are. Thanks for the inspiration! Us ADHD and chronically ill folks gotta stick together lol. ❤❤

Have to keep the community strong! I realized when I was going through my super full phone these were things I wanted to keep but didn't have anywhere to put them. That's where the notebook came from! It keeps my phone storage low the important things at the forefront of my mind and makes sure nothing goes there to die. I'm so glad it inspired you!

@@UncleLilahPlans I actually just rebooted my YT channel a few weeks ago - you were part of the inspiration for me to do this and I want to thank you for that ❤ I have gone relatively simple with my line up for next year (for a change 😆) I am using a Hobonichi Weeks Mega as my EDC, a redated Cousin for my content and other business thingys and notes, I have a Hobonichi Techo A6 for my daily journal and an A5 Tomoe River notebook for my faith notes, journal and prayer 🌸

Hello! How fun! I found them too roughly at the same time PWK and TRLP. I was trying to find a planner and somehow I heard or saw or found TRLP summer if 2023’ and bought her notebook then in August I think I ordered her planner. Then again later in October of 23’ I realized she had stickers and I bought my first Deluxe Sub which was the Dec kit. I’ve been ordering ever since and find a 6 month sub to be the best value if it can be afforded up front. Not sure I can do this year…but I do have 2 themed boxes on order already, Nature & Nuture and Coffee 3.0. Love the SI 520 notebook, definitely something to consider.

I think so! Both ladies are super kind and willing to chitchat about stickers. 🥰 Btw THANK YOU for the idea to set up the small one all at once. I have my a6 Hobonichi that I’m using as my EDC for appointments, productivity/to do log and shipping lists. I have so many stickers from Rosey Life from all 12 kits last year plus Rosey posey washi so I think I’ll set up all my months in advance. I’ve already decorated cover and front pages with Rosey posey vinyl stickers and just love it!

At the part with your Chronically Resilient planner, I’m using a Sterling In Linen Compact a5 for my health journal…turned it into a 4 year so I can use for several years as all this stationary stuff really adds up. I too have fibro…I haven’t heard or met anyone with it in quite sometime, so your video just brought back some memories of yes…what we feel is not normal. I was diagnosed in 2008 after struggling for 3 years not knowing what was going on to the point of being bedridden for a couple months and needing a doctor team of 8 to get me walking and functioning again. In Feb 2020 I had an amazing miracle…I was in prayer and worship but had no words to sing or words to pray but I felt like dancing…I started to move and my body felt different…when I prayed and asked God what was happening He said “I’m restoring the dance to you” so I just worshipped with dance before Him. My pain levels are directly connected to the time I spend in Prayer, Word & Worship so I know I need to slow down and spend time with Abba God. There’s so much more but that’s the gist of it. Thank you for sharing!

Yes I am! Good catch! It helps me stay on top of things in my life, especially when I go through my depressive episodes. I tend to miss quite a lot that interrupts my life, so this is the best solution I found to avoid that. The key is to take preventative measures beforehand to ensure a less disruptive time during a difficult one. I hope you enjoyed the video!

WTF. Was that really necessary? Don't diagnosis someone you don't know. I also repeat numerous things across my planners but I'm not on the spectrum, I have ADHD and OCD. I'm just saying, there are things you should just keep to yourself sometimes out of respect for other people. No hate your way, I just felt this was extremely rude.
