@@lagoonagoon5490 yes. When you fast , you can do a water fast where you only have water, no food just water. Or a dry fast , where you have no water no food . This dry fast should be done in shorter periods and be lead by God to do this sort of fast. Be wise in your fasting. And also understand that fasting is meant to be done with prayer , so schedule time I'm the day through out the day to pray , read the word, speak scripture, meditate on the word , praise and worship .if you just fast but don't pray, then the fasting is not involving God and your just starving yourself . So remember when fasting pray.

I took a 2days dry fasting because I was tired of my stagnant life, I have applied for more than 50 jobs with no response, I would change my curriculum vitae because I thought maybe that is why I was not getting any calls, so i started to to pray and I saw a post on Twitter about 2 days dry fasting and I was not familiar with it because Im used to the one of drinking water only. So the Holy Spirit gave me courage and strength. So then I came to KZbin and I was just searching the dry fasting videos and your video popped up and when I heard your testimony I just realised that you talking about me and it also gave me strength to fast. I fasted 2 days dry fasting and it was on weekend and on Monday I received a call for an interview I couldn't believe it. It is going to be my first interview and I will be going next week. I'm praying 🙏 🙏 and fasting for the Holy Spirit to speak and fight for me. So in conclusion I can say fasting and praying works, it need you to be determined focused and be there because God does hear our prayers and.

This is true its happened to me. As a french speaker I had to do an interview in English so I pray and God took control of my mouth and I spoke an English like a native English speaker and got my first job. this might be late but what Sophia told is true. Keep on declaring healing over your body and do not stop until you get your healing because you will. It happened to me. Bleeding in my stomach last August 2020 but I told God that I had no other way but to be healed without seeing any doctor. To the Glory of God, he totally healed me after weeks of praying without any check up, laboratory tests or medication. I also get scriptures from. the Bible on healing and keep on declaring In the Name of Jesus. He is real!! He is faithful.

Last month I fasted for 3 days, it was a dry fast, I believed God for a job. After my first, I got an email on Monday to do an interview, it went well, I then received another email that I had done well. They called me to discuss my salary and the day that I was to begin my work. I was so happy and thanked God cause in my spirit I new that I got that job. The devil is a liar, a few days to my start date at work, the CEO of that organization called me and requested for a meeting, I was so happy cause I thought I was signing my contract. He openly told me that they they had given the job to someone else my spirit sunk, I thought I was dreaming but that was the reality. It's been tough, not wanting to pray and failing to wake up for my devotions. I want to embark on the fast and prayer for this month in April but I want the spirit to lead me😭 I feel so lost.

Victoria its well, l will be very honest with you, l was born in Anglican and Roman Catholic church/household. l was never thought to fast and pray as a child. l have to discover this path myself. Going forward set your clock or timer for 15mins to read your bible and pray to God. Listen there is no formula to prayer, just speak to your maker. Tell him how you feel and what you want from him. I could feel our heavenly father's anointing in your life. i have subscribed and liked this video. Here I sit at 10pm on Monday night and God just told me he want me to fast from the 8th to 11th. I mind you I have asked God for so many things, I do not know which one he is preparing me for. I give my God all the Glory. I give up to my God. I will not let my mind wonder to figure out which blessing God is going to give me. I am letting Go and letting God. Also I have a 4 hr test on tomorrow which is the 8th. But God informed me that I can have water as I fast. I give God all the glory. God is a miracle worker. And God is truly faithful.:) I did the Daniel fast for 21 days this January for the 1st time. And God broke yokes. And set my children free to communicate with me once again. This brought me more hope and physical satisfaction. God gave me my daughter back in my home. And my son finally called me after 10yrs. I look forward to mighty blessings from my heavenly father. I ask God to order my steps constantly. I pray lord, Not my will but thine be done. Everytime someone asked me how's my family, God has given me to answer them-ALL IS WELL:) Pray for me as I pray for you that God's will continue be in our lives. It can be challenging sometimes but it's possible and is doable. I would say try fast for shorter periods then when you are comfortable you extend the time to break your fast. Reading the scriptures whiles fasting has been my pillar. I pray God gives you the strength to do your fast in the name Jesus Christ Amen .
