How did it take me so long to realize Halberd Cannon misses timing when a monster is summoned and their effect is activated

Halberd cannon’s negation effect doesn’t miss timing. It only responds to summons that don’t start a chain so it’s not even possible to think of a scenario where it could miss timing. Its floating effect does though.

Less that it can’t negate cards that start a chain but more that it can’t negate summons in a chain, and summons from card effects are in a chain due to that initial effect. At least. That’s how I’m figuring it. Guess I’ll just look for the colon cuz it’s simpler that way

@@GrieveIV easy pro tip. Cards like Roach and Halbered Cannon are very easy to understand in duel links. You know that symbol when your special summoning a synchro/xyz. That cylinder thing ? Well Halbered negates all normal summons + all summons that use that symbol (Levianeer as an example). If a card uses The effect symbol for a summon cant negate it

Congrats. Day 3 I dueled a lot of Flight Control T.Gs(which surprised me, I didn’t know if some secret deck was going around)I didn’t know if you were part of them, looks like not :P T.Gs ironically benefited from F.A Mach since it discouraged D.D crow play.

i honestly love both, i will do flight control build next time, and ofc it more cheaper. but yeah, set delta accel is more stonger in any turn. 1st turn HELBERD is just broken for the meta, its really the counters.

After I migrated from DL to master rule 5 (with Fabled, Halqifibrax & pendulum shenanigans) I notice now how small 7 extra deck cards is (and how 12 is awesome in DL) The adaptive style of T.G really show your skills, gratz for getting 39 on GL and just keep impressing us your viewers (and enjoy playing turn 1 without handtraps interrupting your syncro plays, yay)
