I've heard a lot of negative things about it over on reddit - do any of those criticisms hold value?

like what? I know the main issue I have is it will reload randomly. Or if I paste text from anywhere outside of the browser it will only show half the editor window so I have to close out and go back in it. I have more success with chrome over safari? But what types of stuff have you heard?
