@@TheRamblingIrishman we’re back home to uk tomorrow. Then the week after we go to Manchester to file our NLV application. 🤞six weeks later we can stay full time on a visa, no more stupid Schengen!

Been to Sorrento and Amalfi a few times, including a few nights on (most recent) honeymoon definitely a favourite of ours. Now I think of it I have been there with both wives🤭😂. Split amazing too though last time was there it was in the 80s when it was still Yugoslavia! This year Killarney, Connemara and Portrush was the limit, lt lashed in two of them and got covid in the other!😢

Interesting video Steve. Sue and I are looking at ‘budget’ destinations for a long holiday next year, to avoid Spanish capital gains on the sale of our uk property. Bodrum was one of our possibilities, along with Bulgaria (provided it’s still outside Schengen area) We absolutely love Croatia and Split in particular, we took my dad there for a week a couple of years ago, we had an Airbnb apartment right in the Old Town, fantastic!

Sunny Beach in Bulgaria came close to being one of the five, you get a lot for your money in Bulgaria. Yeah, Croatia is amazing, such a beautiful country and apart from accommodation, very reasonable!
