Excellent collection. My favourite is probably the mother of pearl dial daytona. Rolex only recently gained the capability of producing a fluted platinum bezel, but I prefer the smooth bezel on the previous iteration as it distinguishes it immediately as being platinum (well that and the ice blue dial).

The full gold sub in the video is an old version which is 40mm, you can tell by the letterings inside the watch in gold. The new 41mm full gold sub, the letterings inside the watch is in white colour.

The Yellow Gold Submariner is 40mm Because the 41mm Subs have a Rolex crown in between Swiss Made on the 6-hour marker. The easiest way to identify it.

Platinum is twice the density of gold. It will always weigh twice as much. Also reflects the price being twice as much. Sky dweller: Month indicator - auto does months with 30 or 31 days. Must manually adjust for February Date - crown adjust both ways Wind mode - automatic or wind Hands - crown adjusted 24 hr marker - hence the name skydweller, keeps two time zones Side note: if you remember differences in time zones of multiple places can be used like a GMT Band- cool half link adjust, hence the skydweller, for when your in the air and your wrist puff up. Bezel - only rolex where bezel used in the mechanical function/adjustment of the watch. So complicated you can't even fake the movement.

Don't think the submariner is a 2021 model - it's older than that. The text on the dial is gold rather than white and it has the older 40mm case.

The golden Sub is actually the older reference in 40 mm. It's recognizable by the different font color and the missing crown between "swiss" and "made"

There is now a platinum president with a fluted bezel. Previously machining technology could not produce this due to hardness of platinum hence why platinum day dates always had smooth bezels ….until now.

The 42mm Sky-Dweller isn’t all stainless steel, it’s two tone with 18k white gold. Lots of people confuse it. And that also explains the weight of the watch. Love the watch videos guys keep it up!!!

With the sky dweller , if the set time is not accurate ( time of day 1pm/1am ) the date wheel will click when moved. If set to the correct time the wheel will turn smoothly.

That Daytona Pave Diamond Dial almost makes me drool. What a beautiful thing to look at. Normally, I'm not into watches with leather straps. Also not a big fan of watches that have tons of diamonds on them. But immediately when this one came in view it really stood out amongst the rest of the watches you showed. If I'd be in the market for a watch in the price range of this one, I would seriously consider it. Somehow it's exceptionally captivating, even though it doesn't fit the profile of most watches that I typically like. I love this one!

I really loved the dark Sky-Dweller you bought a few video's ago from Seth. I hope one day to be able to afford one for myself, but at the moment most of my watches are in the 1000€ to 1500€ range. Love the more up-market watches but have to still pay for my house so watches take a step back in finance as I have to safe up money for a few months/year to afford one each time.

The blue submariner is a 40mm, you can tell the difference between the 41mm and the 40mm based on the dial, the dial for the blue submariner 40mm is more of a mate flat color vs the 41mm which is a sunburst blue dial

I have an explorer I. Never have to worry about setting date, day, second time zone month, etc. Best decision ever made. Setting a watch every time you wear is a pain in the butt.
