you got any tips on how to fall asleep at a decent time? i could literally be IN BED at 8 and i always somehow CANNOT sleep until like 3am. makes no sense lol

Hmmm depends on when you regularly go to sleep. If you always go to sleep at 2 and then try to go to sleep at 10, it’s going to be difficult because your body’s not used to it. Start to ease into it, go to bed at 2, 1, 12, 11, then try 10, and you can even use melatonin to help you fall asleep at your desired time. Stay consistent and disciplined and you’ll get it!

I remember watching one of the last few videos on your slime channel and you mentioned that you had created a new channel ‘ Julia Katherine’ in which then i immediately subscribed to at less than 1k followers because i loved your personality and editing style.
