my 6AM *realistic school morning routine

As someone who went through y13 this year, it wasn’t that bad. October to December is deffo the hardest bit because that’s when u have to multitask ucas, interviews and a level revision. But overall If ur a naturally academic person, as in you can revise a lot in a day with relative ease, it’s calmm.

@@Lettuce272 ​​⁠ I don’t think ur year is doing personal statements anymore. U have to answer 5 questions instead like why do u want to study ur course, what have u done to prepare for it etc. Anyways, some general tips are: -use good, articulate english. If u have a friend good at writing, get them to proofread and improve urs. If u don’t have a friend like that, idm doing it, I did it for loads of people before. -Show a real passion for ur course ie talk about books that u’ve read, any competitions u’ve been in, work experience, lectures, websites u frequent, anything. -have an intro and a conclusion. They can be two sentences but r vital. - don’t explain the course to the reader. also, about chat gpt. You can use it just don’t be an idiot about it. I used it to help reword some stuff, give some ideas etc. Hope this helps and don’t stress this early on. I had a career change last second and wrote my personal statement in less than a week. Still got into ucl
