Hey guys thanks and welcome to my channel, today we are doing something that i have been meaning to share with you and that is my 6am workout routine that i have been doing mon-fri for the past 3 months now ,also i have taken the challenge further with a twice a week afternoon full body cardio boxfit workout. this is solely for health benifits not for weight loss.
