My 6lb Overnight Backpack

I've always wondered.... How light can I go?
Well I've been going thru some of my gear & putting different types of list together. I thought I would see if I could get everything I needed for an regular overnight trip here in the Ozarks into my little Silnylon Day Pack. This is what I came up with. A 6 lb pack.

Surprisingly I was able to get my freeze dried meal, my breakfast & several snacks in the top there once I got it reloaded like I wanted. I do have to carry my water bottle in my pocket, but it works.

Bob, It's sitting over there with the other 20 lbs of gear I usually carry :-)
