My issue isn’t with Grayson getting changed because obviously he is better now. My issue is that scopely is now randomly changing characters and when players (whether it’s F2P or spenders) want it to go back to how it was before, and they just don’t care. Scopely has announced that Ludwig is also getting reworked making his black moves go to purple so now in order for him to hit as hard as he did before, he needs bubba’s ultimate plate and that is just as rare if not more than the drip plate. It is completely unnecessary and screws a lot of players over that is the issue I have with scopely and these changes.

From the last month's faction event prize wall I chose Rhondas jacket instead of Gremlin ear for my 6ss waller, now they randomly changed his moves black to blue, now Rhonda's jacket is trash for him, they should give Grimlin ear plate as a compansation 🤬🤬 please mherex take our voice to scoply

After the original annoyance passed, I can see mechanically the character doesn't change a lot, I also have it a 6 stars with no gears and works as intended in a base level. I don't even have an issue with the whole Black Gem damage trainer, I run him with multiplier damage. What's sad for me, personally, is that I did had Ronda's plaque and I don't have the Gremlin's one. Here's hope Scopely makes it available somewhere in the future. All that said, I appreciate you always being honest with your feelings towards the game regardless of being a Scopely Content Creator, much love.

i hope you can get one soon too. mechanically the same but i feel like more options this way with trainers at higher end so feels to me like an actual upgrade in paticular for boss battle

I think this is a good move in the way that not many people will think. There aren't enough superstars that have the colour trio of Yellow-Green-Blue. The only notable superstars that have this colour trio are Tech Cody and Drew and Showboat Shinsuke. And I also think black is overused in the Trickster and Powerhouse classes, so this could be a substantial change.

I don't have the gear, but definitely my favorite showboat. I used to favor la knight with Piper plate, but this is much better. Sub ready at every turn and pin bar won't move. I beat 6sg in tour when he was still 6sb. Now i have him 6ss and he rocks

I don't mind the change. Wasn't aware of the controversy with him originally. Luckily grabbed the gremlins plate recently. So Waller just got significantly better for me.

His better when you have all the required plates and trainers. They should change him back to black move and black gem. No grimlins plate no multiple gem plate , no zgunther , no meme rock, . no no no no . I want my black black back

This is a lateral move or small upgrade for a few high spending players, a non-issue for non-spenders who don't have him anyway, and a massive nerf for the majority of the community that spends some, but not tons.

Heartstopper plate really helps him? The 50% buff always dissapears after using the sub, even having activated the 2 blue moves before.

You're wrong. Gremlins ears buff lasts 2 turns. You run the sub every turn. The only thing I didn't know if buff can be stacked up

Well... they don't care about non spending players. I actually put rondas jacket plate on him, now I need this Steiner plate. Spenders won't worry about this, what about us?

Lucky for you they gave out a free gremlins. And heartstopper actually doesn't even do anything in the build he showed, despite him talking about it a few times. So it's not necessary if you run it that same way.

This is nothing more than Scope realizing that Waller was a glitch machine in the SD when getting points for multiply gems. After 2 turns he was on auto for an hour just going over and over again. It's not because Scope is being nice, they didn't like Waller getting all the points in SD.

I have both gears. I slept on him. Moved him to 6sb and never used him for anything as I didnt like the flow myself. Now, he's become elite for me!
