Between 3am to 4am. If you're ever awaken during those times, I have learn that is the best time to connect with The Holy Spirit. ...why? I'm not knowledgeable to expound on it but I know of the growth I have achieved. ... and there's something about 3:30am to 3:40am 🤔. I don't know yet. ...and 4am! Several different sources over a period of time is telling me it's God who's waking you up, time to get on your knees. 😊

@Garden Del I can only share my relationship. ... 1. The Holy Spirit wakes me. 2. "Tiredness": for me, I feel it's different. I may be groggy but my hunger (putting on thg he whole armor of God during my waken hours) recognizes the presence. 3. Sometimes I get up and get on my knees, read scripture afterwards. Sometimes I'd lay there and pray if my Bible (Book of Holy Scriptures) is in bed with me. And depending on my schedule for that day I may get up and start my day, but sometimes, after about 30 to 45 minutes, I'd go back to sleep. I don't prefer the latter.... there's an old saying; "don't let the sun catch you sleeping", or something like that.

I’m 16 and fasting rn. God is using us young people in these last days! God literally told me to fast For 7 days and it was just SO CLEAR! I couldn’t ignore it. @@aprilmarryy my greatest advice it to PRAY! and keep yourself busy with God related things. Keep in touch with God, speak to him, try get as close to him as possible during this time. It might sound crazy but ask him stuff out loud, as if you can see him right beside you. (Personally it makes him seem right beside me ( he is always ;) haha) good luck! This is such a good idea, I have done it in the past and a friend called me (in July) explaining a weekend experience that was pretty dark but realising at the end of it "God is real" those were his own words!!! I was over the moon I gave him a short but effective prayer and I can see God is already working in his life. We mustn't give up on our non-christian friends... 7 months ago, I lost my sleep could not sleep at all. I could not function very well so, I went to see my Dr he prescribed me Lorazapem so it was good. Without this med I was so depressed...I took it for 3days only and I said to myself no way to the medication and I asked God to give me back my sleep. Something said to me fast. I fasted for 3 days, the 4th day I slept like a new born baby. God gave me my sleep back until today. The power of fasting!! Thank you for sharing.

@Max Pain no meal at all, before fasting you need to prepare your body. I started 3 days before fasting with light food (salad with tomatoes, boiled eggs, cucumber and onions. Dressing vinaigrette olive oil.) 2nd day, I ate fruits all day, 3rd day, I was on fluid all day( water, apple juice then in the evening warm herbal tea with honey in it.) The 4th day, I started my fast 3 days in arrow no foods and no drinks. Coming out of my fasting 1st day, I had warm herbal tea with honey, mashed potatoes with vegetables, slowly back to the normal meal and portion size. Before fasting, please prepare your body to avoid unhealthy situations. Hope this will help, God bless you!

I used to fast one day a week regularly, then I stopped. When I resumed the habit, I walked into work one day and had 3 people offer me food within minutes of arriving. You definitely will be tempted when you're serious about fasting! Press through!

@Flower ChildI wake up really early so I would do 7am to 2pm but it's all up to you and what you can handle. I make sure not to push myself too far but at the same time, I think if it's not a challenge to my flesh then it's not fasting. The purpose of fasting is basically to nourish your spirit and not your flesh, that your spirit may be stronger than the flesh. So I fasted 7 days for 7hours 7am -2pm because to me that was a challenge & I read the word & prayed during my fast. 🤷🏽‍♀️ That's just what God put on my heart for me, it may be different for you. I'd advise seeking God for what he would have you to do concerning fasting bc when I first started fasting I tried to follow other people's pace and I couldn't do it. Just wanted to share that quick piece of advice with you. God bless you on this journey 😊💕

Hi everyone, I'm currently on a 7 day water fast this is my second day. I attempted it 2 days ago and caved in but I didn't feel satisfied until I actually completed it. This video encouraged me to keep pressing. I also think the key to getting through the fast besides relying on The Most High for strength is to watch videos and do things that will encourage you to go on. But remember if you're not fasting effectively you would've wasted your time. Cut all things off that are carnal and fully submit yourself to The Most High!! Thanks for the inspiration. Renee Givens Well first I ask God to remove the hunger out of my body and I rebuke all temptation.(I guess spirit of temptation) Then I read Gods word, meditate on it, and study. I end my fast at 6pm. If you can’t do it then try doing a social media fast or t.v. Fast. A fast that doesn’t involve not eating. A other option is to drink water or eat one meal before starting your fast. God bless you ✨❤️🙂

Thank you for this ! I’m on Day 2 of my 7 day fast and i am so surprised. I fasted for 5 days before but without prayer as I was solely doing it for weight loss , but this time around I am doing it with prayer ( not for weight loss. ) I tell you now I have never felt hungry doing my past fast but with this one I feel hungry all the time. This is definitely the devil trying to make me quite so early , especially with this prayer routine . At night after my prayer my fire alarm went on for no reason & I live in an apartment so it would have went on for everybody else living in the building . I left my apartment but I realised no one else reacted , meaning no one else had the alert 🚨 . I went back into my apartment and I started to pray again and cast out any evil spirit that just came in to my place because whatever started that alarm in my apartment wanted me to open the door. After the second prayer the alarm 🚨 went on again , and I just ignored it and I said “ not today devil” . I woke up perfectly fine. Praise God ! I don’t believe it was a mistake because I’ve been planning on going on a fast for a while now but every time I set a date all hell breaks loose. In the past I usually do a total fast, no water no food for three days. The longest I have Fasted were 4 days. I’ve never went for seven before. Dear Friends of God......................Please research God's Time/Calendar in Genesis 1:14 before the False Sabbath law is enforced! Actions are in progress to honor a Sabbath day. Already today, there are Sunday laws written on government books. Saturday nor Sunday is NOT the true biblical Sabbath. Genesis 1:14 is a commandment from God. God commanded us to let the lights in heaven be for days, years, etc. We are to use the sun, moon and stars to calculate our days, years, signs, seasons, Sabbaths, etc. The Sabbath commandment is one of the Ten commandments listed in Exodus 20 and It is just as important as the other nine commandments. It is to be kept! The Sabbath is calculated by God's Time in the heavens not by the Gregorian Calendar or any other man-made time. The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people Israel and whosoever join themselves to them. One law is to Israel and to the stranger. Exodus 12:48,49 Note: Sunday is the seventh day in the majority of countries. Also, research the "seven Noahide Laws" From my research online, these laws are Jewish laws taken from their writings, namely the Talmud. The first law in the "seven Noahide laws" forbids the worship of idols. According to Jewish writings, the worship of Jesus, Yahushua, etc........is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. There is a movement to enforce these laws on all nations. Research the connection between President Bush, President Trump, The United Nations, etc and the " seven Noahide laws" BEWARE OF THESE "SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS". THESE LAWS ARE VERY DANGEROUS TO CHRISTIANS AND TO ALL MANKIND!! Lastly, there is much talk online that the Jewish people residing in the land of Israel today are not the true Israelites and that the true Israelites are today now scattered throughout the nations, is this true? You can let animals in and look after them, just remember to pray over them and cast demons out in Jesus name before you let them on. You do not touch the person or animal when you cast demons out, do it from a distance. They will leave, nothing needs to happen physically. Know that once you have commanded the demons to leave the animal in Jesus Name, they have. Do not let the devil make you stop caring for animals. He is evil. Animals are of God.

God bless you my sister! Thank you for reiterating Luke 10:19 and our God given power over ALL the power of the enemy. There is so much power in the spoken word and it is not effective if you don't believe it. The Bible says, "Whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive". Prayer, fasting and reading is how you build up your spiritual muscles. I used to be intimidated by praying aloud and in my private time, which is crazy. I just didn't know how or what to say. The enemy made me think that my words weren't eloquent enough or grammatically correct, so I found myself stumbling over my words a lot. The enemy didn't want me to talk to My Father and was trying to keep me ignorant to power that dwells in me. It wasn't until I started fasting, reading, asked the Lord to teach me how to pray and give me articulation of speech, that the gift in me was stirred up. Prayer is our place of power. Little prayer, little power, much prayer, much power! Once we replace our ignorance with the Word of God, we are unstoppable.

Once again, precious sister, this is EXACTLY what I needed! The same thing has been happening to me for several months now. I am not dreaming about food at night, but I am dreaming about food during the day, constantly, and whenever I have food in front of me, I wolf it down as if I were starving, even when I am not hungry. I can't stop eating and eat myself to physical discomfort or being sick. I have been trying to fast, but cannot make it to the end of even a one day fast. I get so hungry and start having headaches. The Lord has told me, as He told you, that my physical healing restoration would occur and this poverty demon would leave only by "prayer and fasting." Please pray for me.
