Love the red fridge. I live in Cuenca, Ecuador, fully furnished 2. bedroom, two bath apartment with terrace for $550 a month. Ecuador uses the USD for its currency.

Great video. We also have those wall pin anchors here in the US. They work very nicely. I does bet a bit cold in Tokyo in the winter but really never snows there. Everyone here in the US uses space heaters in the winter to help keep the house or apartment warm. Size of the apartment was very decent. Here in the US most older apartments do not allow for a washer dryer but usually offer a laundromat. They make portable induction stove tops which work really great but they are not cheap. Cannot wait to see your new houses once you have them furnished and such. Thanks
