i swam competitively growing up and it’s literally the best workout! you don’t get too sore and it’s easy on your joints it’s like my fav cardio to this day you should def learn!!! i’d give you swim lessons if i lived close LOL also my fav thing to do when swimming is breath control drills bc it feels like meditating to me

If you mean your friends are leaving you because they have to go away for work, school, family commitments etc then that may be understandable and there will always be times in life when this occurs, but if they are just leaving in the sense that you feel alone and like no one cares for you, then perhaps either speak to them and tell them how you feel or maybe it's a good thing that you have realised that these people aren't so reliable at being the friends you thought they were. It's ok to be alone and spend time by yourself, i think that's the best time to truly make yourself happy. Maybe work on what makes you feel good, even if that's just relaxing and watching movies. Don't ever pressure yourself to be someone your not, I think society, social media and even books about self help can sometimes exaggerate unrealistic expectations

@@x-starlight-x Yea the second way, iv just noticed that my friends never invite me anywhere anymore and give me kinda of an attitude when i ask about like heyy i wasnt invited then they always say the same things ” aah i was invited here” or something like that and they use it so many times that i feel like they r lying to me and avoiding me and just doesnt wanna hang w me anymore, wich feels awfull bcause my low amount of friends already. Especially the fact that im talking about my first bestfriend from my childhood so we’v basically known eachother our whole lives :,). Sucks.

@@shelsavv9049 Its really hard when something like this happens especially when you are already feeling low or perhaps that is what is causing you to feel low and everything else can feel like it is spiralling. I'm a bit older now and all I can say is unfortunately in life people drift apart sometimes, whether that's naturally or for a good reason. And in a situation like this where it is causing you stress, and you can identify that the people have no regard for you, then it's safe to say that as much as you may care for them, you are worth so much more than that, and in order to be good to yourself and love yourself you need to make yourself happy first before anyone else. There will always be opportunities to meet new people. But spending time on your own and truly enjoying your own company and being happy with yourself is most important. Do whatever it is that makes you happy, and don't worry about anyone else, especially those that don't care about you. Having said that be the best person you can be and spread love, because being positive can really help
