Focus on building one team to decent then focus on another. then when both teams are decently build you should focus on getting better artifacts or talent levels. also use the exploration thing with katheryne to get more materials! for example: crystals to level up weapons.

general rule of thumb with xq is crit weap = er sands, er weapon = atk sands. but great build nonetheless ^^
