I have just started coloring again, and I like the Artxx pencils as much as my Prismas. I’m lucky to have a second hand art supply store that regularly has individual Prismas for $1.

Great haul😊 I get you. I don't have to buy a lot of coloring supplies. I have more then I'll ever be able to use up. But some artist and pencils, are a must have, when they put out something new. 😂

I was surprised by how thick the Fairytales and Folklore book is! It's got tons of pages! It's probably the thickest coloring book out of all the ones I have! And the cover is gorgeous, the camera doesn't do it justice! Also, I'm loving Johanna's new book too, and Camilla's Flights of Fancy. The next book I'm really looking forward to is Mythographic Rainbow Realms! I always pre-order the Mythographic books so I feel like I've been waiting forever lol! Thanks for sharing your haul!😊

I got the new Camilla book too and am looking for a coloring buddy to do a page with. Great haul and I need to know more about the open stock thing with Blick. I plan on going up there soon (it's only about an hour away) and getting some open stocks.

Hi, Could you please explain further what you meant about the Prisma Premier open stock pencils ? What are the nasty debates? I have not heard any of this at all. I just called Blick, and they said open stock for the Prisma Premier pencils are not stopping or going to stop. They said they are not having any problems with the open stock pencils. Its the Prisma Verithin pencils that are not going to have open stock. I even googled it and nothing came up with any problems or quitting open stock with the Prisma Premier pencils. 💖💚💙💜 Oh and I recently ordered quite a few open stock Prisma Premier pencils from Blick with no problems at all!🥰💙

In Canada, open stock of Prismacolor was removed from all the stores this summer, even from the online stores.

Premier are STILL available open stock. Just fewer companies are allowed to offer them to control distribution. Blick has them.

Nice haul. I pretty to things I need. So I only tend to reorder those. Colouring books are harder to not over buy, but I am getting more restraint as I understand the artwork I love to colour. Tysmfs ❤❤

Yeah when you start it is hard to figure out which books and styles work for you. I have a lot of books I liked back in the day, but never would color now.

Hey Kori. Thanks for the product review. I purchased the skin tone Ohulu Honolulu Alcohol Skin Markers this summer. I have been using them on my Mermaids and Fairies skins. Also, I am trying your red-haired combos (pencils and markers). Question: Do you journal every day? Without specifics, are you journaling about life events or day to day activities. I have tried to get into journaling and just find it hard to think of what to write. 😊 Tfs. Xoxo

I have a cart on Blick full of the open stock too, it's almost all of the Prismas and Polychromos that I need replacements for. I don't have quite enough money to place the order yet so I'll have to wait but I was just wondering, what you meant when you said that they were making open stock difficult? Should I try to hurry up and get my order in before something annoying happens?!

The debate is people falsely telling everyone that Prisma Premier open stock is stopping, when it's not. There has been a lot of poor communication and even Prisma wasn't very good with it. They are removing open stock from craft stores, but that is to control sales.

There is no deal. There was a rumor that Prisma Premier wouldn't be open stock anymore, and Blick kept confirming it incorrectly. It is the Verithin that you cannot get open stock, but Prisma is removing open stock Premiers from crafts stores and changing control of them, but not stopping them altogether like people say

One comment, this one is question: did those open stock just come wrapped like that? Even in a padded envelope that would not survive the mail process here

Hi, I can't speak for how her pencils were packaged, but I order from Blick all the time and all my pencils and other art supplies always come in a box, wrapped and protected inside. Yes the colored pencils are put in a bag so they are not loose in the box, but mine have always had protective wrapping and air bag, bubble wrap inside around them. Blick has the best packaging!💜💙😊
