I'm almost 59. I have been practising yoga on and off for the past 12 years. Sometimes I have gone for 8 months on. I used to work as a Carpenter building houses but now I Detail Clean Vehicles for my own company with 6 years in right now, and Now I want to increase my strength and endurance so I can stay strong and flexible as I get older. I love your videos, I have been watching a few, about 10 of them this past week. This is the first time I have seen a Yoga Wheel, Now I want one. I can do three point headstands still and forearm headstands. I have recently joined a gym and have gained 8 pounds over my ideal weight of 208 lbs to now 216 lbs. I'm 6'6" tall. I joined my gym with the goal of pushing my body from a Headstand into a Handstand. Now from watching your videos I can see how Your Teachings and Guidance will help me achieve My Goal and along the way and beyond achieve new ones as I progress. Hi summer, I was able to do all the various stretches into my preteens. Then at 13 I started lifting weights and ditched stretching. That was a very big mistake I wish I could take back. After years of improper lifting and sustaining multiple injuries to nearly every joint of my body I quit lifting. I’m amazed by your ability. Very back yard looks like a forest.

Please make a video of the scapula, around the shoulder, flexibility and mobility of the neck (the mitral muscles near the scapula and neck are stiff)

This is a morning stretch? Dude, my whole body was cracking. I did really not like it. I usually stretch just after waking up, which this one is not made for. Yes it says advanced, but it's not like I couldn't do all of these things, it was just because of the morning.

Our human life is short. Soon enough, our weak bodies will not be able to hold us and we will return to our weakest point. So what is the answer? Why is that? A modest women, who worship her Creator alone with no partner. Who believe in him and in his prophet as a prophet sent by him. Obeying his commands and staying away from whatever he has forbidden. Do righteous deeds for the sake of the Creator alone. The more she ages, the more she is happy to meet her lord. If you want my advice, look into Islam, and read Quran
