aww honestly studying isn't always a bad thing, if anything its really good you are set for the future, because when it gets to your gcse's it gets very very hard but if you study well it will be 10x easier, I'm in year 10 now & I genuinely wish I used year 9 a bit more productive!! but seriously also remember to enjoy your social life, try balancing out your life well done babe

​@parisiviexx I am stuck in some serious friendship drama like IM NOT EVEN LYING. My friend group kicked 5 people from our friend group this year if you exclude me but they added me back because it was a misunderstanding. Like they always backbited about the people they kicked or they hate. Kinda 2 sided, there are friends who they hate but they continue to like them. Our friend group is split into 2 one of them is really toxic and always kicks people out while on the other hand there is a friend group who is kind and funny I want to be in the friend group that is kind and funny but our group chats are with the other ones and we hang out near those other people and my friend group was there first.

I started year 9 a few weeks ago. I made the mistake of focusing on just one friend in year 7 and we argued a lot in year 8 and stopped being friends and she just like joined another friend group even though everyone hated her, including me. So like people are nice to me and all that but I don't really speak to anyone in particular so sometimes I just talk to like random people, sometimes other year groups and I don't really know what to do. My classmates are nice but like when the teachers put me next to one person and split them up away from the people in their friend group they complain sm so I honestly can't tell if they hate me or not even though they were like comforting me when I fell out with my bestfriend in year 7/8. I'm okay with being alone but like you can't use your phones in my school so if you're on your own it's really boring and lonely if you haven't got any1. Good thing is, being in year 9, even if I'm alone people don't really say anything to me because I'm a bit older and I'm the same height as most of the other year groups but like I still need someone that I can consistently talk to.

I think we have a lot in common but I'm not very good at starting conversation. I try not to stress about it but I don't want to normalize being alone in order to feel better. I agree with you about the drama don’t get in it, thank for this I’m going into year 9 this September. At the end of year 8 I didn’t really feel in a particular friend group I’m still friends with them all just not close, so I have new friends now that have similar interest as me, as my recent friend group didn’t have much in common with me that’s why I wasn’t really invited anywhere or talk to much. (That’s what they said) but there was nothing to talk about with them. Sorry I’m waffling now 😭😂 but this was helpful keep up the good work 👍🏻 👍🏻

Yeah I’m just glad I realised that I should be with new people cause it’s not worth it being with friends that are rude to you as a “joke” or you guys have nothing to talk about anymore because you don’t have similar interests. Sometimes I just sat there at break and lunch listening to what all they were saying and had no god damn clue what they were on about. I felt left out srsly, but now I’m with people with similar interest and it’s way better and I have different mindset. I actually felt included.

awh, that’s not right at all.. there’s always people in life that just have nothing better to do than being horrible, join the clubs you wanna join, maybe take a friend, or talk to others there, definitely stick up to those girls in pe, popular girls have no leg to stand on, without there friends, and people like that won’t go far in the future if they keep that up, so definitely do what you want to do, or it will be a repeating pattern if you hold back x
