I do spend some time on my phone in the morning and in some of my study breaks, but that's mostly just to respond to comments / DMs / emails / texts 😊 I usually watch an episode of something positive or a few KZbin videos on my iPad in the morning though!✨ I used to watch at night instead, but I’ve been trying to avoid screens in general after 7 PM since I’ve noticed it helps me sleep better + I’m anyways on a screen most of the day studying or editing 💖 But yeah I think less screen time overall is always a plus!✨☺️
