What are you talking about. . . . . . ? You should understand that the income is an allowance for serving, unless there is a sign on bonus and that will be considered salary unlike the allowance apart from sign on bonus.

I thought it is SCS/OCS first then they will send you for vocational related term/training

You are misunderstanding because the candidates applied for a job in the armed forces at BMT, but the requirements to become a pilot are tricky and challenging consistent with common mistakes which can be reasons to fail.
