For those of you concerned about the quality of the recent videos, this is due to the encoding limits of Twitch while KZbin encoding is more unlimited. On Twitch, you can only stream up to 3500kbps or kilobits per second. As for KZbin, you can stream/upload up to 70,000kbps (hence 4k resolution). A bitrate of only 3500 is deemed low-resolution 720p which is what Twitch enforces it's limit to be at. It may seem pretty good on Twitch, however the transfer into KZbin really diminishes the quality due to the bitrate for high quality 720p is about 7-8000kbps. As most of you know, Seagull is very focused on scrimmages and tournaments so his time and focus on other things is very limited. The plan is of course increase the quality for everyone to enjoy. Sorry for the inconvenience. A seagull probably stole your hotdog.

3500 bitrate is more than enough for a 1080P resolution with great quality... lol. Maybe you are just not encoding it right for youtube. KZbins decoding works bad with some file formats which diminishes quality but a video at 3.5K bitrate is perfectly fine for 1080P.

They removed what made it quite literally broken. That it is overpowered will always be a fact, there is very little they even can do about it, the instakill hooks come from his gun. Then again, Roadhog's hook would be rather underpowered if it did not pull foes through those. After all, it is because of the player's movement that the hook even goes around corners.

When you create a lobby you can deactivate using skins, they just turn it on for the games, you don't have to take them off from every char before you're going to play. Maybe he just likes the basic skin.

Wait... guys look close at 0:34-0:35 on the ultimate charge..!! It's on 33%.. he's completely on cooldown, with everything and didn't hit anything in that time, he reloaded his arrow.. no hit marks on his crosshair while reloading his arrow no scatter out.. it's already on 5sec cooldown but still.. his ultimate charge jumped from 33% without any reason to 41%.. The only reason for that can only be his sonic arrow and maybe because someone else from his team did damage to somoeone who was visible in the sonic arrow.. but wtf? Now I do know why it feels so easy and fast to get the Ulti on hanzo like every 10 seconds...

knox Payload and Recon charging ult, most people don't realize that playing the obj charges ult too.

it's because he used his sonic arrow on reinhardt's shield. unlike the normal arrow, the sonic arrow stays after rein puts his shield down, and it can occasionally fall onto reinhardt if he's walking forward. you don't get ult charge from enemies being hit during recon. look up "hanzo sonic arrow reinhardt shield" in google for some gifs/videos of it.
