Because of you I’m in the BR routine. Slowly slowly I’ll dive in. There was a moment I thought wow here I’m almost 50 using a ‘poop’ mask and an onion/vinegar/... lotion 🤣. My husband looks sometimes worried if I have the mask on my face and stand near him but....it’s all worth it. Very good product and I’m glad that I found you on KZbin! I ordered the Glo Beauty sunscreen after seeing you rave about it. I love it! I was using the Elta MD moisturizing sunscreen for years but wanted something that absorbed better into the skin and played well with makeup. After seeing you use the Eve Lom muslin cloths, I wanted to share a product that has been a game changer for me. The Rag Company's microfiber facial towels are THE softest cloths I've ever experienced and yet they are excellent for gently exfoliating as well. After I started using them my "soft" washcloths felt so abrasive in comparison. Definitely holy grail!

Hi Abbey- I’m fairly new to be BR- have used P50 1970 and masque vivant and biomagic. I want to delve more but am unsure. My options are Matrciel visage for firming, Want one cream- maybe biofixine or pigm400 or gel biosensible. Other serum pics would be pigm400, elastin or spledodermine?. Also have u loved any of their eye creams? They have also recommended O2 finishing serum and lotion 110- given they are expensive you have to buy slowly where would u start. I’m 46 with combo skin- 💙

Love your skin care routine in the morning! Mine is similar b/c I use a light hand also when applying. I don't think it is necessary to coat on a thick layer. I am still trying to use up some things so I do this one about 3 times a week. Thank you so much for sharing this, it is very helpful b/c when we use so many it gets too confusing to me!! The smell of it does not bother me at all anymore and I actually look forward to the routine!!

And hey, did you guys kinda get a Durian fruit smell from it?!🤣🤣🤣🤣 I got a kinda chemically Durian fruit smell from it. In case you dont know, Dirian fruit is native to SE Asia, mostly Thailand, and it smells so bad that you're not allowed to bring it in public places!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 They even have signs posted on the outside of buildings with the red circle with the line over a picture of it!!! They have to do that cuz even though it smells rancid, it tastes so good that its MASSIVELY popular!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I always drink vinegar as well. Tablespoon I also take Maxium Green Vibrance ..I have lupus. This is the Only things that helps with my fatigue and my Immune system stay stronger. Look it up. You do have beautiful skin! Your basic morning skincare regimen is so dedicated. I currently use the glo sunscreen and you are absolutely right about it. It is the best sunscreen i have ever used and will sure repurchase it. Yea i do want to see before and after IPL treatments. Have you tried products with hydroquinone for hyperpigmentation? It is very harsh and not recommended for long term usage but it does work.

Yoko- I am so glad you love the Glo Solar Shade!! My skin does not do well with harsh products. I did try a hydroquinone in the past that really did a number on my skin. WAY TO HARSH. It was from Obagi and although it cleared up my pigmentation it caused other issues for me. SO - I have to steer clear from treatments that are too aggressive and kind of work on keeping my skin barrier in tact. Does that make sense??

Hi Abby, I got possessed again and just ordered the Augustinus Bader Rich Cream. I kept hearing about it. Now I wish I would of tried the Creme Masque Venix instead. I only ordered the very small size to try. I also have had IPL treatments for little broken capillaries. I think I do better with the Vbeam. In any event the latest Doctor said, oh we are going to get rid of your age spots. She was so excited. I didn't care about the "age spots" as I was more concerned with any little red capillaries being removed. I didn't think I had "age spots" and found out she was referring to my formally called "freckles". I guess after 40, they get renamed. My favorite part, is they say it feels like a rubber band hitting your face. I think it feels a little more than rubber bands, lol I love the result from every IPL treatment I ever had, although different lasers work better for different problems. Would love to see your video. Still didn't get my LE Decade yet. I must be on their B list.

LOL! I had the same experience. I was once much more naturally freckled. And I love that the IPL can get rid of capillaries. I have to admit- I am doing the IPL before it expires. I bought 3 sessions and have used two. I did not enjoy the experience or the aftermath but then two-weeks later - I was like WHOA!! I have clear skin. Thanks for sharing your morning routine. So, I did a little research on the Lotion MC 10 and the primary ingredient is lactic acid with vitamin E and C. I’m not sure Vitamin C would remain stable with the other ingredients.... so my thought was why not order the Ordinary’s lactic acid instead and use it on days when not using Vitamin C. Or either layer separately so that the C can actually work. I hate to be practical because it’s so much fun to purchase the BR products but the nurse in me says this makes more sense. Also, I’m tempted to buy their misting spray but that’s probably also just a bit frivolous. Have you used it? What are your thoughts? Ps.... your skin is amazing. I’m overdue for an IPL and seeing the clarity of your skin is reminding me how important that procedure is.

Janni- I think that sounds like a great plan and since I don't use that MC110 everyday- I will discontinue my C serum on the days that I use it. I think being practical is GOOD!! I do love their misting spray but I love MISTS!!! So yes- it is a bit frivolous but very hydrating and I enjoyed it. I love the BR P50V 1970 and the Lotion 110. I’ve been using some of the Barbara Sturm products with those BR products and am liking the combination. I just got the Sturm Brightening Face Lotion. I want to try to combat a little bit of hyperpigmentation and I debated between the lotion and the cream. I feel like the Sun Drops are making my face really glowy and I’m not liking how my foundation is wearing throughout the day. I’m worried the lotion won’t be hydrating enough for the Wyoming winter, but we’ll see what happens there. I may need to try the Glow sunscreen...

I have been using the P50 lotion for 2 years, the regular one and I love it, is amazing, is strong and I am thinking to use the V version now. I heard amazing reviews about the BR cleansers and you have convinced me that I need the VIP 02 in my life😍. I am using now the Sisley Lyslait and I love it, would you say that they are similar?. Regarding the rest of the protocol with the other products I will visit one of the salons that use the brand here in Ireland (where I live) or Spain (where I am from) to find the right products for me as it is a brand that interests me so much. Hello Sara!! Yes- the creamy cleansers from BR are similar to the Lysait and I think you can definitely use your favorite Sisley Creams. I think the key is proper exfoliation (not over exfoliation) and hydration. So you have got great products already. Kasey- I started using this after a horrible rosacea outbreak and within a week my skin was calm and clearing up. THUS, the JESUS JUICE really worked for me. NOW- my skin just feels more rejuvenated and not overstripped with continuous use. So my baseline might be different than yours. The switch to creamy cleanser, Lotion P50 V and Creme Masque Vernix - just did wonders for my skin. I hope this helps. xoxo
