Oh my goodness. We just had a bbq with friends and I made this along with your chicken satay kabobs. A friend of mine stopped eating and said “ This is just really good. I’m so happy right now” . I don’t think you can get a better compliment than for someone to stop midway and tell you just how happy this food is making them. That is awesome! I am so happy to hear that. Nothing better than good food with friends. In Thailand we have a saying, which roughly translates to "Eating alone is not delicious". it's meant to convey the feeling of happiness you get when enjoying food with friends.
