Yeah, that's what I was going for! The feeling of dissociation, like you're neither dead or alive, unable to tell if you're awake or in a start of a nightmare

Is this like what you do when you wake-up?

This is so cool. You need to make something of what you do when you wake up every day like a daily routine

Yeah pretty much - it's cool to have each video be a little project I work on as well, and to go out or even just film things in my environment, pay attention to beauty and take my mind off of things

Great intro! Fascinating. You have to realize, that you are already living in a real life Dystopia, where empathy and fairness are taken away from governing the working class on a global scale, and were your well-being actually depends on things like winning a lottery instead of being good at what you are doing. On the other hand, we are all spoiled by a very uncommon phase of human civilization, where - when you could grow up and live in the Western World - you could practically live your life without any existential threat. That is not normal for us humans, all our history we never knew if we would live the next year, or if some disease, war, mugging or crazy King would have ended it the one or other way. It seems this is coming back now, and your generation has the bad luck of being born 50 years to late. However, even under this changing circumstances, you still can yourself regard being on the lucky side of life, since you do have a place in the northern third of our planet. Think about that, and you may even find an answer to your question.

Don't get me wrong, I feel absolutely lucky. I have other reasons why I am worried about the potential of not being here, which is losing access to all my money (since Russia is cut off financially from the rest of the world, and there is no way to transfer funds for me to live off of there), losing nearly all my social network, losing health insurance, losing access to therapy that is very much needed after what I was forced to experience back at home. And a reason why I'm scared to step foot back home is because I would lose physical protection from an abusive person. I feel very lucky to have escaped these worries, and to have built a little life for myself here - I guess I just wish I didn't become dependent on it. I am a pretty idealistic person, because that helps me advocate for better conditions for other people, but that definitely backfires and breaks my heart when I get thrown further and further away from this goal, making it seem almost unachievable for anyone.
