These are rugged workhorses that produce GORGEOUS fluffy grounds for sweet, consistent and fun espresso shots. Seriously! I am willing to spend as much or more on one of these grinders than I would on the espresso machine 🤣 🤣

That's great! Where if your shop and what is the name? Would be happy to see photos of the place and people. I love this grinder. I started with a black Anfim Caimano with a single group Expobar in China back in 2012. Have been convincing everyone since that Anfim is the way to go : ) Have you tried the SPII? It's a dream! I had one for 6months with the Titanium burrs. It's fast and slick, but SO TALL. Good luck in your business.

I just received my new grinder today. However, I’ve encountered an issue: the activation switch on the porta-filter button doesn’t seem to work. I have a video ob my channel showing that the manual button does work, so the grinder itself appears to be functioning and there don’t seem to be any mechanical issues. Following customer service advice, I opened the bottom of the grinder and discovered that the activation switch was not connected to the control board. Despite reconnecting it, the problem persists. Have you experiecned this issue?

Wow, that's super frustrating! I haven't had that issue, though I have used a handful of these machines. Maybe another dealer or contacting GH Grinding & Brewing support directly you could get an exchanged unit. Sorry, let me know if you find a good fix, we can keep it in this thread to help others.
