Well, let me tell you my story about my AQ177 PRO MAX wish I got three weeks ago. It came damaged in shipping, thus deforming the entire rear rack where the seat sit on out of aliment. I sent them pictures by email , and they told me that it didn't look seriously damaged to the point of regular operations that it can be straightened out somehow. Still, I told them that it was out of aliment within one inch towards the left side from being dropped in shipping on the right side to no avail. Obviously, this is not their fault, but the people handling the package intransit. However, the shipping box should be more secure, like a frame to keep everything in place the box. So, I had to come up with an idea on how to straighten it out, and I did. I took a 2x4 and clamped it on the opposite side of the rack, and forced it into proper alignment, and it worked fine, but still they chose not help me. So, I don't recommend this product to anyone. It looks great from a design viewpoint but with cheap after-market items like the breaks system, tires fastness holding the electric controls and etc. Now I'm looking to sell it a lost for me. Never aging will I buy an Annie Oakley

Ordered mine at the end of July. Ive had it a month riding around seattle every day and I have no complaints. It's fast, it's powerful, almost too much torque, and it can carry a lot of weight. The thing is an absolute workhorse. It feels like your riding an electric motorcycle that has bike peddles just so you can still say "its a bike". So far I'm completely happy with my $3000 purchase.

You can just hear how bad the motors they use are . That Rev noise is the cheap motor set at way too high that it's screaming in agony . Good motors like on Wallke and other bikes are tuned right and hardly make much noise even when doing 30 plus miles an hour.

I had this bike and hated it. I sold it at a 300 buck loss after 2 months and got a Wallke h9 for less money even after the loss and the h9 is 100 percent better made and more powerful.

I have a seldom addressed question. Where can you take this bike for repairs? Is there local infrastructure or are you on your own? Most local bike shops only work on the brands that they sell. Your thoughts?
