Heartfelt thoughts Gaby,❤ folk can be brutal,I've lived with a gas lighter and sadly my youngest did too. I'm older and wiser ! My daughter has come through it too, but it sadly does leave scars, my daughter is scared to love again, but when the time is right I am sure there will be a ' Tim ' for her💞🤞🤞

Hi Gabby listening to you resonates so much with me. I too had a first abusive marriage, but fortunately I met my soul mate and we’ve been happily married for 36 years now. My anxiety stemmed from childhood and has been difficult to deal with at times. I too am an over thinker and worry about everything. Unless you suffer with anxiety and depression it’s hard for other people to understand. Thank you for sharing it’s good to talk about it, it does help. Great vlogs I’m watching your old ones as I’m a new sub, love your kindness and honesty xx

I’ve had emetophobia for 20 years, and I’ve just overcome it! Thank you for raising awareness about it as it is such a debilitating phobia, and often emetophobes keep it a secret. Anyone experiencing this you are not alone❤

Thought provoking video blog. I watch Tims blogs as I live his random findings in hotels! Lol. Didn’t realise you did your own. You never know what people have been through. Thank you for being so honest and open Gaby. I have suffered with depression on and off for the last 30 years and know exactly what you mean about putting on a mask so you didn’t have to talk about it, as that is exactly what I have done most of the time. It is so refreshing to hear someone talking so openly and it helps people realise they are not alone. During furlough last year I found Tim’s site and watching his videos of wonderful Norfolk and Suffolk really helped me to escape there in my head. I’ve enjoyed watching your videos of you buying clothes or a trip to Home Bargains because you get so excited about it, it really is a tonic. You and Tim are a lovely couple and I wish you both well and look forward to more videos. Please take care and know you are loved by more people than you realise. Sending love and hugs🥰

Thank you so much Bridgette for your kind words and being so supportive.. I’m sorry you’ve suffered all that time with depression it’s such a difficult thing and such a struggle.. this is another reason I wanted to do the vlog like you said I just want people to understand that it’s much more common then they realise and we all need to support each other more with it instead of hiding because of the stigma that’s attached I think it’s so wrong... and this needs to be heard.. I just hope it can help if even in a small way... I’ve had charity’s ask me if I wanna donate money to places with mental health after doing this vlog and I’m like urmmm it’s not money that’s needed it’s just more understanding from other people which can be done free of charge.. strange people don’t get it’s all about caring not chucking money at it.. thanks Bridgette again for your support with the channels.. I’m glad we bring some happiness in your direction.. xxx

Gaby, you are so brave to talk openly about the struggles you have faced in the past, hopefully not so much so now, and I'm SO pleased you've got the support of your family around you ... they are everything me darlin ... up until nearly 3 years ago I was right as rain, then one Sunday afternoon my lovely brother was talking to me on the phone and died suddenly whilst we were chatting ... one minute he was there, the next he was gone ... so bloodee awful ... it brings me to tears just thinking about it ... I live 90 minutes away, too far to do anything and that fills me with guilt ... I have terrible flashbacks and it is something that I really struggle to come to terms with ... though your examples are completely different to what happened to me and I wouldn't wish that on anybody, it really helps to listen to people like you speaking from the heart about how you overcome everything ... thank you my sweet, you are to be admired ... x x x ... your channel and Tim's are an absolute tonic to watch and I'm so pleased I stumbled across them ... may you both go from strength to strength ... take care ... Niki x

Hi Gaby, As you know my daughter is very into her Performing Arts and her confidence has taken a bit of a battering recently with Uni rejections and she started to doubt herself. Fortunately she recently had a really good experience in a Uni interview with the guy that played Butch Dingle in Emmerdale (i cant remember his name) and he told her she has a very special talent and she has since received her offer 'letter' for that Uni. Things like rejections and trolling sometimes happen for a reason and make you the person that you are - stay strong.

@@GabyStarbuckx r thanks so much. Yes we have been together 15 years and some very hard times. Heather always thought she was schizophrenic like her sister. But was having home visits with cpn nurse. After two years and a couple of suicide attempts. They sent her for a autism test and eventually found out she is autistic. Having this diagnosis seems to have really put heather at ease as she just didn't know what was wrong with her. Yes me and mum loved Tims vids and because my mother had dementia we could watch them many times over. Not shure but did you ever sing at the beach at bobbys bar Ingoldmells. I took my mother for a break in early September and there was a singer on the sea front. My mother said what a great singer she was and we sat in the caravan listening as we were on promenade site. @@stevencoombes7601 thank you Steve I’ve just reminded him haha... That’s so lovely about your mum.. my Nan had dementia and I watched her die.. it was frightening to watch someone you love who always has the kettle on always offering you food when you went round there in fact most the time I went there was for food haha , but watch them deteriorate is so cruel .. it’s like being tortured., dementia is also a form of mental health but nobody looks at it in the same light which is wrong because it goes to show how people have no true conception of what mental health really is. This is why it’s good to talk.. if Heather hadn’t she may not of ever know she had autism another difficult form of mental health which can be controlled with the correct understanding. I hid from society; classmates were domineering over each other, false egos in full bloom. I did not enjoy that kind of action... therefore they tried to bully me into place. Did not work. Incidentally this made me very isolated and quiet. I became focused on Jesus’ behaviors. This taught me mercy, patience and the giving of undeserved love.... not that I was perfect with this, but I survived everything and others have come to me for all my life so far. Oh, Gaby, you are a survivor too. Meds Are sometimes right. Someone with a broken leg must have a crutch until they are able to heal. And you are right! Love means unconditionally to hesitate the judging and to accept a insightful determination from another. Helplessness is a temporary condition. Fear of the unknown is self generated. YOU are meantTO control only what is healthy for you. Yes!!! We train our brain waves! Love you sweetly.

Hi Gaby this was so brave of you to tell us your personal problems. You are not alone i myself have had problems with depression and anxiety I still to this day take citalopram and also propranolol everyday propranolol is a beta blocker to stop my panic attacks. I also take amitriptilynne this helps me to relax and sleep. I started having panic atacks when I was 23 they are very frightening and I thought I was going to die . I saw a psychiatric nurse who helped me we gradually worked back in my past why I had anxiety. My Dad used to drink at the pub when I was younger he used to come home and hit my mum and me because he was so drunk . This went on in to my late teens . So I finally confronted my demons I had to forgive him to move on with my life . My anxiety is still there but is controlled with my medication. You are such a genuine lovely lady you have a wonderful husband and daughter. It's so good to talk there is no shame in speaking up and saying how you feel . If you ever need a chat I'm always here. Just finished watching it. I was making my tea earlier and have just made time to listen carefully. I guess with the phobia it was realistic fear that you could have been physically ill. That kind of took on a life of its own. Perhaps because you are so physically well looking. You where anxious not to loose what you have got. I eat vegan and plant based which lowers my anxiety about food. Also exercise helped me overcome anxiety and be able to sleep without any medication. I used to love running by the sea on the hills in Winterton when we used to go on holiday down there. Just run so free with no people around (compared to the quash up here). I would be tempted to just run all that off with your lovely hair flowing loose by the beautiful Norfolk coast if I was you. My dad is from GT Yarmouth and he has a fear of flying. He will not even try. So you have done well if you have even been on a plane. He didn't have a mental condition and I don't know why people get fears like that. The trolling is obviously envy. I think you are beautiful but I don't get jealous so I won't try and troll you. You remind me of me only I have brown eyes (yours look blue in the video). It's sad that some people want to bring other people down. People from Norfolk are beautiful and it's part of what makes us different and others envious. You have a very similar softness to me. It is what makes you vulnerable but also what makes you pretty. It's like a paradox. I go through hell living in the north of England because I am different to the people here. It's only during this lockdown I have realised I am Norfolk blood. There is a book by guy called Keith Skipper who talks about the unique characteristics of Norfolk people. I haven't read it but I love listening to him describe his book on KZbin. My family are from Norfolk and are a little crazy but just so beautiful and talented. My uncle was chosen by the merchant sea navy to go to Canada and they have a good life over their. All that life and vitally you have yet you have suffered inside. But you are still going strong. Amazing.

Your definitely right about the exercise.. that’s another reason I’ve been going on Tim’s Live walks because it keeps me fit.. and it’s so great having a laugh with all you on there, it feels great to laugh. Yeah I’m definitely a Norfolk dumpling only I have northern parents which is bizarre because your the opposite way round.. my mums from Middlesbrough and my dads from Chesterfield and they have a proper nice sentiment too... they always have the kettle on or some food in the go haha so if I need feeding I know where to go lol.
